Clean all bulked cached data
All Android smartphone users use Google Play Store to download applications required on their phones. Over time, the device gets rigged with a lot of information and data. People use Google Play Store to get applications externally on the device.
These applications start getting cached data when they start functioning. This bulked cached data needs to be removed from time to time. If not removed, it can create sign-in issues in Google Play Store.
To clean all the bulked data from the device, follow these steps:
- From Menu, go to the Settings.
- In Settings, you will find Apps; these applications you have downloaded from Play Store or which have come preinstalled on the device.
- When you swipe right, you will see the Google Account Manager option; click on it.
- There will be two options: first of clearing the caches or cached data, and the second of cleaning the application data.
- Click on Clear Cache and then on Clear Data one after the other.
Repeat the same procedure for Google Play Store.
- Go to the Settings, and click on Google Play services; the option of Google Play Store will appear.
- Click on it and go to Clear All Data and Clear Caches.
- When all the unwanted data has been removed, sign in to Google Play Store again by adding a new account.

- This list will include Google accounts as well. Click on Google and then click on the three dots appearing at the right corner.
- You will get two options of Sync Account and Remove Account, click on the later, and your account will be removed.
Add the account again
- Once the account has been removed, you must add the same Google account on the device again to access the Google Services.
- Follow the same process to reach the Google Account and then click on Add Account.
- As soon as you click on Add Account, you will get the option to Enter Email and Create a New Account.
- Here you have to enter your Email ID, password, and other credentials to sign in to the existing account.
- It will ask to accept all the terms of services and for system backup.
