- You first need to subscribe to Adobe Acrobat Pro Dc. After doing that, open the PDF file using Adobe Acrobat and enter the password for authentication.
- After that, click on the lock screen option and then security settings.

Smallpdf allows you to edit PDFs in any fashion you want. For this article, we will be focusing on its feature of removing PDF passwords instantly. You can follow the following steps to perform the function:
- Navigate to the Unlock PDF tool on the Smallpdf website.
- You can then drag and drop the PDF file onto the highlighted area.
- If you are unable to do so, there is a browse option that will let you select the file on your operating system by navigating through it.
